This is our premium kitesurfing lesson program.  Following IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) teaching programs, we help you get through the learning curve safely and efficiently.

Learn to kiteboard in style!  With Watercraft Assisted Kiteboarding Lessons, our instructors will take you away from the crowds to a quiet beach. 

You will receive private instruction from a modern waverunner style watercraft.  The  instructor will remain close by - for better communication, assistance relaunching your kite, and added safety.

RADIO / ATV ASSISTED LESSONS

Following IKO (international kiteboarding organization) teaching programs, we help you get through the learning curve safely and efficiently.

With radio assisted lessons, our instructors will take you up to a nice sandy beach on an ATV, and give you instructions from a waterproof helmet system.  Then pick you up at the end of the nice sandy bay. 

Learn or improve your kiteboarding skills with one of our Kiteboard Camps.  We have camps to fit every skill level. 

We also have girl specific kiteboard camps, taught by female instructors catering to the unique needs of women riders.

GETTING STARTED

Prior to starting your lessons, you will probably want to watch the "My Sessions - Learn to Kiteboard With Style" instructional DVD.  You may also want to spend some time on a two line trainer kite.  Both are available in the store at Baja Joe's.

And as you progress, you will want your own harness, board, and kites.  Be sure to visit our Kiteboarding Store for all the latest equipment at the best prices. 

La Ventana and El Sargento are located on the Sea of Cortez in Baja California Sur, Mexico.  It is just a short drive from La Paz and a little further from San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
